We were out taking a Sunday drive around the neighborhood when we came upon a cute little "Charlie Brown Tree", a small tiny tree that was brown in color and very sparse. I felt bad for the little guy surrounded with big beautiful green trees, and so I thought I would take a picture so that the little tree felt like someone cared. Little tree we know that you probably have a very impressive root system under your brown and sparse pine needles!
On this same drive around the neighborhood we spotted this little grouping of deer...now there are deer everywhere up here, and wild turkeys, but this was the first drive that Will and Gwen decided to pretend shoot the deer. After that drive Will and Gwen have really been into hunting and so they both saved their money and we went down to town and they both picked out plastic two dollar guns and now when we drive around, they have their guns ready in the back of the suburban to get a shot off at any deer or turkey! Oh the fun you can make when you live in a town of three thousand!
